How should we prepare for the characters arrival?
We recommend scheduling the characters' arrival around 30 minutes after the party has started to guarantee that all guests have arrived and get to take part in the fun! As far as set up, we only ask that a bit of space is set aside for singing and dancing. If the party is outdoors, a shaded/covered area for the characters is preferred for our normal party package and necessary for longer events.
Where on the island do you operate?
We operate in the greater Victoria area, all the way up to the Cowichan valley. If your celebration is not within this area, a small travel fee based on the additional miles will apply. We keep these fees minimal, so please don't hesitate to inquire if you are further out. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer bookings north of Chemainus from November to February - due to the uncertainty of the winter weather and the safety of our performers traveling.
Are the Princess celebrations fun for boys too?
Our princess parties are for all children! We do our best to personalize each celebration to make sure each child has a magical experience.
Can you do custom requests?
Yes! If we do not currently offer a character you are looking for or you have a unique event in mind please contact us! We will work with you and try to accommodate your request to the best of our abilities.
Do you do corporate events?
Yes! We do so much more than birthday parties! If you have an event in mind that you would like to add a character to please email us for a quote! We work with your budget to create the most magical experience for all your attendees.
Should I tip?
Gratuity for a magical experience is always appreciated but never required!
